Jelenetfotó 1.4Les Ballets C de la B, whose style is unanimously aknowleged today, is one of the most recognized contemporary dance and theatre companies in the world. It is composed of very different artists/interpreters, who often do not have any technical dance background. Beyond the international recognition of an artistic excellence, they remain craftsmen of creation, strongly grounded to their trivial reality. In 2006, they celebrate their twentieth anniversary. In order to share the same jubilation, the same emotion the audience would feel attending the show, the film is an invitation to break into the universe of this company. The director, Alain Platel, as a founder member and key figure of the collective is best entitled to make us share their artistic and human adventure with the same generosity and the same sharpness than those presented in their plays, as well as the way they look upon the world.
