Bemutatkozás:

Ivona Juka studied at the Academy of Dramatic Arts – ADU Zagreb. Her student films were awarded and in official competition of festivals in Tel Aviv, Wiesbaden, Baden Württemberg, Munich, Sarajevo, Zagreb, Mostar. She directed short films and documentaries and won several national and international prizes. In 2005 she participated at the Berlinale Talent Campus. She was a participant of "Sunday in the Country" (organized by EFA) and she was selected among Croatian students to make short film for European Film Academy awards ceremony in Berlin, 2005. In 2006 she paricipated at the EFA conference «Cinema of Tomorrow» in Warsaw. „The Other“ is her first fiction feature film.
